Welcome to PawVerse. These Terms and Conditions apply to this website and to the transactions related to our products, community features, and services for pet owners and professionals. By using this website, you agree to these terms, which are designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
By accessing PawVerse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. We may occasionally ask for your explicit consent for specific community or digital services.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
PawVerse provides digital guides, website kits, and training bundles.
Usage: Products are for personal or professional use within your own pet business.
Restrictions: You may not resell the underlying code or original template files as your own product.
In addition to your rights under the ACL:
Digital Products: Due to the immediate nature of downloads, we do not offer “change of mind” refunds. Technical defects will be rectified or refunded.
Services: Cancellations must be in writing. Pro-rata refunds apply for unused portions of service contracts.

We believe in a collaborative community. To facilitate this, we use a dual-licensing approach:
PawVerse Proprietary Content: The “PawVerse” brand, logos, website design, and “Work with Rob” specialized code remain the exclusive property of PawVerse.
Community & Editorial Content: All dog stories, blog posts, and user-submitted articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This applies to content created by PawVerse and content submitted by Users.
Effect of License: This means you, PawVerse, and the public are free to share, copy, and adapt the stories, provided that appropriate credit (Attribution) is given to the original creator.
By submitting a story or photo of your dog (“User Content”), you:
Warrant that you own the content or have permission to share it.
Agree to release the content under the CC BY 4.0 license mentioned in Section 7.
Grant PawVerse a non-exclusive right to feature your story in our newsletters or “best of” galleries.
We encourage the sharing of dog stories to build the community!
User Sharing: You may share stories from this site to social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) using the tools provided on the site.
Responsibility: When you share content to a third-party social network, you are responsible for complying with that network’s terms of service.
Automatic Sharing: PawVerse does not automatically post your private data to social media. All social sharing is initiated by the user.
We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We collect your name and email to manage your account and story submissions. We will only send marketing emails if you have opted in. See our [Privacy Policy] for more details.
To the extent permitted by law, PawVerse’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product or service, or the resupply of that service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.
